Wii Remote and MotionPlus: Together at last?

A (pulled) GameStop listing for Nintendo's upcoming FlingSmash for the Wii has a revealed a mysterious new Wii Remote bundled with the game. A "Wii Remote Plus". Any good guess would piece together Nintendo's plan to add MotionPlus into its controllers. Said controller appears to have a slightly different look than the original Wii Remote.

The Wii MotionPlus attachment was introduced in June 2009 and comes with every Wii as of May 2010. The attachment adds a dual-axis gyroscope to the Wii Remote's motion-sensing capabilities to determine rotational motion for more complex movements.

According to GameSpot, Nintendo of America has nothing to say as of this point, although Nintendo of Europe has pointed out that the peripheral exists.
