Capcom unveils Marvel vs Capcom 3 special edition, release date

Capcom has announced the release date for Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds. We've also got the info for the special edition and the announcement of two new playable characters, Jill Valentine and Shuma-Gorath.
Capcom's Marvel vs. Capcom 3 will come in regular and special editions. The latter featuring a 12-page prologue comic book written by Marvel's Frank Tieri, campaign art and a selection of fan art; and a month's unlimited subscription to Marvel Digital Comics, all enclosed in a special steelbook case adorned with exclusive artwork by Adi Granov, the artist behind the armour from the Iron Man movies.

Also announced are two new playable characters. Jill Valentine joins the ranks of Capcom's Albert Wesker, Tron Bonne, Dante, Ryu, Chris Redfield, Arthur, Viewtiful Joe, Nathan "Rad" Spencer, Amaterasu, Morrigan, Felicia, Trish and Chun-li, while Shuma-Gorath joins the other Marvel characters that include Magneto, M.O.D.O.K., Spider-Man, X-23, Dormmamu, Thor, Deadpool, The Hulk, Wolverine, Iron Man, Captain America, Dr. Doom and Super-Skrull. Jill and Shuma-Gorath will come as free downloadables with the special edition.
